Welcome to Football Empire. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
• All tags and original packaging must be included.
• Personalised or custom-printed jerseys cannot be returned unless faulty.
• Sale items may be non-returnable unless defective.

Return Process

1. Contact us at support@footballempire.co.uk with your order number.
2. We will provide return instructions.
3. Ship the item back to the provided address.

Refunds

• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Refunds will be returned to the original payment method.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
